The Esports World Cup Opening Ceremony was one for the history books with a giant 40 Meter long LED stage glowing in a sea of emerald light. Esports has truly come a long way - from humble beginnings in smaller conference centers to filling up entire arenas to now fully sized pop music concerts where the entire stage turns into a real-life video game representing all 25 Championship tournament that make the Esports World Cup - the largest and post prestigious esports tournament on earth.

The Queen of Cello Tina Guo firing up her iconic epic orchestral solo worthy of the Kings of Esports on the mountain of Champions where the Esports World Cup Totem is stationed. Tina is currently playing with Hans Zimmer and you can really feel that creative influence - her solo reminds us on some of the biggest soundtracks of Hollywood like Time from Hans Zimmer for Inception.

The Queen of Electric Cello Tina Guno about her show at Esports World Cup

I have a huge amount of love for games and had the pleasure to work lately to work on very cinematic soundtracks - like Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which is a big part of Esports World Cup. Mixing the power of the electric cello with a Heavy Metal vibe but also that orchestral feel from the big movies. Putting together the Esports World Cup Opening Ceremony show was such an awesome process - with the orchestra at Abbey Road Studios in London of Beatles fame.”Tina Guo, Pop Star & virtuoso acoustic/electric cellist

Post Malone is an Apex guy: “I don’t want 12-year old cranking 90ies at me in Fortnite”

Fortnite never stuck out to me, because I don’t want 12-year olds cranking 90ies at me, where I might throw my monitor out of the window. No disrespect, just not my vibe. But Apex is completely my vibe. And I can frag. Not on a GOAT level, but my aim and reflexes have definitely improved - starting to crank out some good mid-air killsPost Malone, Global superstar, Co-Owner Envy Gaming // OpTic Gaming & Apex Legends streamer

What a moment at Esports World Cup: A couple hours before the big show Apex Legends athletes and Esports World Cup main host Trevor "Quickshot" Henry got to vibe and Play Apex with superstar Post Malone. He clearly had a good time at Qiddiya Gaming Lounge in this clip - "I'm going to get my ass kicked, but this is going to be fun."
